Systems 2000 Company Limited is a Distributor of Plantronics Inc. - the world leader in communications headsets, Practica, Clarity, Walker - telephone line test set and amplified handset, Ameriphone - amplified telephone for people with hearing difficulties. The company has been appointed by Plantronics Inc. USA to be the distributor of Plantronics products as well as the products under the same group of companies, in Thailand.

Systems2000, a member of the SCP Group, was established in 1995. The company had started to be distributor of Plantronics since 1998. Presently, the company manages “ Plantronics Service Center ” which is the one-stop service center in Thailand that provides the entire services regarding Plantronics headsets. The center serves both direct sales to the organizations and wholesales to the telephone systems vendors of all brands. Our experienced team possesses skills and thorough knowledge of Plantronics products lines, so we can ensure our customers the best solution and satisfaction under their pre-decided budget and the second-to-none after sales services with genuine spares and parts from manufacturer.

• Reasonable prices and special discount for large volume orders.
• One to two years warranty for any defect occurred under normal usage conditions.
• Defect occurred with in 7 days after delivery date, will be replaced with in 24 hours. (In case of out of stock, temporary unit will be provided)
• After warranty period, customers are automatically entitled to receive a Life-Time-Free of Charges Service. Only replacement parts will be charged when the units are brought for checking at our Service Center.
• Plantronics has a policy to stock spares and parts of call center products for at least 5 years after the model is out of production. Systems2000 keeps stock of spares and parts of all fast moving items so we are able to procure every single piece of Plantronics parts within 2-4 weeks.
• Because we are the only One-Stop Services Center of Plantronics in Thailand, Systems2000 is fully equiped with know-how and calibration tools so you can be assured that your headset will be maintain for the long usage life.
