| Procedures to check product covered by warranty
1. Please return your product to check at authorized dealers where you purchased or Plantronics Service Center. The product which is damaged under normal usage and and covered by warranty will be repalced free of charge within 3 days from the day we received your product.
2. Plantronics send your product by registered mail to prevent lost to address;

3. Online service form is available at our website www.systems2000.co.th. Customer can fill out and include it with product and warranty card.
4. Customer may have product replaced under warranty within 50 minute under our "50-minute Service" program. Please call in advance for appointment at Plantronics Service Center : Tel. 0-2278-0064 working hour Mon - Fri 8.00 hr. - 18.00 hr. Conditions
1. The company covers defects in materials and workmanship of Plantronics products used under normal usage condition (consumable materials are not convered)
2. The warranty covers Plantronics products, sold by the company or its authorized dealers. The product must have a warranty sticker tag with serial number. The sticker must be in good condition without any sign of being torn or peeled off. 3. Warranty void under the following conditions
3.1 Defects caused beyond normal usage, damage from accident, fire, water or other liquid, flood, lightning strike, natural disasters, improper use of uncertified consumable material or accessory and damage from animal and insect.
3.2 Unauthorized modification and/or reparation.
3.3 Damage from negligence and intended act.
